Their Life Song creates original memorial songs, lyrics, link-only memorial tribute pages, song downloads (MP3), automatic memorial slideshows when photos are uploaded, downloadable QR code images, and printable/downloadable QR cards based on the stories and materials each family submits.

Each song is an original work inspired by the memories you share. We do not imitate a specific living artist or clone the deceased person's voice.

We work with you until it's right. Your song isn't finished until your family is happy with it. If something needs adjusting — in the words, the voice, or the feel — we'll refine it until it's the song you were hoping for.

Most custom tribute songs are delivered within 3 business days after we receive your completed story and details. Rush Delivery (within 48 hours) is available for an additional fee at checkout. Priority Rush (within 24 hours) is a request-for-availability service: we review your requested deadline before any payment is collected. If we can meet it, we'll send a secure payment link to confirm your order. If we cannot, we'll contact you promptly and no charge will be made.

Because each tribute is created from scratch, refund eligibility is limited once production has begun. We work closely with every family until the song feels right, and any concerns can be raised at any point during that process.

You retain ownership of the stories and materials you submit, and grant us a limited license to use them solely to fulfill your order and deliver the tribute page.
