How long does it take to receive the song?
Most custom tribute songs are delivered within 3–5 business days after we receive your completed story and details. Need it sooner for an upcoming service? Rush delivery may be available within 48 hours. Limited 24-hour options may also be available for urgent requests. Select your preferred delivery option during checkout and share your service date. If a 24-hour request cannot be confirmed, we will contact you promptly.
What if the funeral or celebration of life is very soon?
We understand that services are often scheduled quickly. Select Rush Delivery during checkout and include your service date and time. We will prioritize urgent requests whenever availability allows. For the fastest options, the finished song may be delivered first so it can be used in the service slideshow, followed by the completed tribute page, QR code, lyric sheet, and final files.
Can the song be used during the service before the memorial page is finished?
Yes. For rush orders, the finished audio can be delivered first so your family can use it in a slideshow or service. The tribute page, QR code, lyric sheet, and additional final files can follow shortly after.
Can we play the song during a funeral or slideshow?
Yes. The song is yours to play during the service, the procession, the reception, or paired with a photo slideshow.
Can people at the service listen to it later?
Yes. Every tribute includes a private memorial page so guests can revisit the song anytime by scanning the QR code or opening the link.
How does the QR code work?
You'll receive a printable QR card and a QR code image. Place it on the funeral program, a memorial table, or the final slide of a slideshow. Anyone who scans it goes straight to the tribute page.
Is the tribute page public?
By default, tribute pages are Link-only — anyone with the link or QR can listen, but search engines do not index them. Families can choose to make a page Public if they'd like to share it more widely.
Can we request changes to the song?
Yes. One reasonable revision round is included so we can adjust lyrics or feel based on your family's feedback.
Can we upload an obituary?
Yes. You can upload an obituary, written notes, or even an optional voice note during the intake — anything that helps us understand who they were.
Can the song be faith-based or nonreligious?
Either. You choose the tone: peaceful, hopeful, faith-centered, country, piano-and-strings, classic celebration, or simple guitar and vocal.
Can you create a slideshow too?
We are developing a complete slideshow service that pairs your photos with the custom song. For now, the song and QR memorial page are included, and families can let us know during intake if they would like slideshow help in the future.
