Privacy Policy

When you create a tribute, we collect the stories, names, dates, photos, audio notes, and obituary text you choose to share with us. We also collect basic account information (your email) and order details (purchase, delivery preferences).

Submitted materials are used only to create your tribute song and memorial page. We do not sell, rent, or share your family's stories or photos with third parties.

Every tribute is delivered as a link-only memorial page: accessible to anyone with the direct link or QR code, but not indexed by search engines. Funeral guests don't need an account to listen. You may choose to make a page Public at any time.

Intake uploads (PDFs, voice notes, raw photos) and internal notes are stored privately and accessed through signed, expiring URLs. Approved final files (the song, lyric sheet, QR card) are delivered through the tribute page so guests can listen and download without signing in.

By submitting materials, you confirm you have permission to share the stories, photos, and obituary text you upload, and that the final song is an original tribute inspired by those memories — not an imitation of any specific living artist or voice.
